Bending Made Easier with Amada Press Brake

Bending has been made easier with the Amada HS1703 Press Brake, brand new to Hygrade Laser Profiling.


The Amada HS Press Brake series is part of a new line of dynamic bending solutions. With extra features including a touch screen NC based controller, this innovative bending technology continually monitors and self-regulates bending requirements.


Already benefitting from the efficiencies the machine brings, we have much more capacity to bend heavier plates, with the machine providing a 3.0m bend length.


The press brake comes equipped with an energy saving drive system made from a frequency inverter that controls the motor pump which only operates when necessary. This significantly reduces environmental footprints saving 20% more energy, less oil consumption, lower noise levels, less time spent maintaining the machine and increased reliability.
